What is BLAST?
The Building Literacy After School Tutorial (BLAST) is an after school program designed to develop reading, writing, math, and communication skills.
BLAST meets from 3:45 PM - 4:45 PM on designated days. Parents must provide transportation home for students who attend BLAST activities.
How do I Enroll?
To enroll your child in BLAST simply print out the application form and select one (1) activity. The return it to your child's homebase teacher by the deadline.
Seats are limited in each activity and will be awared on a first come first served basis.

Students in this young astronauts club use NASA-style activities to enrich math, science and technology skills. Students will also compete in local math competitions. Includes visits to the Coca-Cola Space Science Center.

This is a guided reading program designed to help students improve decoding and comprehension skills.

Students will study various artists and art techniques. Students will also have the opportunity to compete in local competitions.

Students in this program will enrich writing, reading and technology skills through exploring the world of computers in broadcast. Writing and technology experience required. Members are selected by application only. Applications are available in the Media Center.
